A carpenter in Pandan town has been charged with illegal possession of firearm and ammunition following a court-ordered search of his residence at barangay Lumabao last Aug. 21, 2018.

The report identified the suspect as Arnulfo Villegas Ternida, 51, who yielded two Cal. 38 bullets and an improvised gun (boga).

Elements of the Pandan police led by Senior Inspector Kevin Caparroso, acting police chief, implemented the search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court (RTC) Executive Judge Lelu Contreras against Ternida for violation of Republic Act 10591.
