A jobless man who created trouble by throwing rocks at a group singing with a videoke in Pandan town has been charged after resisting arrest by responding policemen.

The suspect, Isagani Isorena, 37, reportedly threw rocks at the group of Jezreel delos Santos, 24, a project manager and resident of Napo, while he and his companions were engaged in videoke singing at the backyard of his uncle at 9:30 P.M. of Feb. 24 in barangay Libod.

Delos Santos, who was hit on his right forearm, said Isorena also said to them, “Magluwas kamo! Magsuruntukan kita! Mae ako natakot minsan ikan mamo mga badil.”

Upon receiving the victim’s complaint, a team led by PO2 Adrian Eduard Jana responded and introduced themselves as police officers. However, Isorena attacked one of the policeman, identified as PO1 Badiola, with the lawman sustaining scratches and bruises in the different parts of his body while his sando shirt was ripped off.
