WINNING FOR THE 2ND STRAIGHT YEAR. Bato Rural Development High School will keep the champion’s trophy until next year following the huge victory of its contestant, Princess Kristine Faye Torzar (3rd from left), in the 16th staging of the Cesar V. Sarmiento Oratorical Cup at the CSU auditorium last Friday. Edwin Tatel III of CSU Laboratory Schools (extreme left) and Nikki Tabuzo of Palta National High School (5th from left) tied for 1st runner-up while Ma. Roxette Rojas of Catanduanes National High School was 2nd runner-up. Founded by Cong. CS (extreme right) and chaired by Dr. Aida Dianela, the contest theme for this year focused on the power situation in Catanduanes.
