A US$300-MILLION WASTE-TO-ENERGY PLANT, similar to the one depicted in the top photo, will rise in Caramoran town beginning early next year following the signing of an initial agreement by the local government with Opus Energy Solutions, Inc. last Oct. 23, 2019. Signing the agreement (seated ,from left) are Catanduanes Matibayon Development Corp. President Cedric Sanchez, Caramoran Mayor Glenda Aguilar, and Opus Energy President and Chief Executive Officer Rafael Javier Eubra.
