Finally got a cam-captured copy of the Department of Health CHD Bicol Nurse Deployment Project result. It is a consolidated report presented in a table.

Based on the CHD Bicol Virac's presented data, the Written Exam weighs 30%, Paper Review is 25%, Interview is 10% (9.9% to be exact), and Character Investigation is unbelievably 75%, which then outweighs the Written Exam, Credentials and Interview, usually the major factors of getting a job.
Again, based on the data, 30%+25%+10%+75% = 140%... Wow, I think the latter should only be 35% to get 100%.
Realization:
1. KUNG IKAW AY MIYEMBRO NG PANEL, AT ALAM MONG MATAAS ANG RATING SA EXAM AND PAPER REVIEW NG AYAW MONG MAKAPASOK, (for in my case 72 for exam and 50 for paper review) SIGURADONG DADALIHIN MO SA INTERVIEW AT SA CHARACTER INVESTIGATION.
2. Just like what happened sa application ko. I got only 7 points for Character Investigation for which I am sure came from just a single entity. Dito ako nahila, at syempre sa interview. Kamusta naman ang hindi ka tanungin kasi ibabagsak ka lang naman. Good thing Doc Rey and Sir Jun were there, at least nabalanse din kahit papano, landing to 220 points, if that was really the case, I am not quite sure.
3. Hindi ko rin matanaw, kung saan nailibing yung points for RNHEALS graduate. I am not really hitting on those who were able to get into NDP, you may also have noticed it, but bakit mo pa nga naman poproblemahin, eh nakapasok ka na nga, edi for your advantage na. Kaya wag pepersonalin ng mga non-RNHEALS grads ang part na to.
4. "Hindi kelan man nging bulk ng criteria ang CI.. oh my!! sad news.. nakakalungkot n hindi sa COMPETENCY at ability nkbase ang paghire ng tao, how can we assure quality of the service n pinoprovide." (Manlangit 2014).
5. I am still proud, i got high ratings sa exam and paper review. Yung paghila sakin pababa, makes me more proud, hahaha. Kasi they did their very best to turn me down.
